Loved this weeks chapter of Kingdom. A great lookback at how the journey started but also a look into the future towards the ultimate goal. It's good to see that the manga is taking its time to really clean the slate for the stuff that is to come

Chaos Dragon ep 2 wasn't that great either. It was better than the first though although that's not saying much.

 

I'll keep watching for Nasu and Butcher though. Those two are pretty entertaining and pretty much the best thing about this.

I just imagine just how special that chapter was for peeps who've been following since chapter 1.

 

Only complaint I would have about these past few weeks is that the panels are huge and take a lot of space and a lot of the shots were just of the sky or whatever.

 

But this dude is a haaaard worker.

 

I don't blame him at all for doing that.

It's been a long 400+ chapters.

 

I just imagine just how special that chapter was for peeps who've been following since chapter 1.

 

Only complaint I would have about these past few weeks is that the panels are huge and take a lot of space and a lot of the shots were just of the sky or whatever.

2nd episode of Gangsta was alright and just like bro I'm uncertain how i feel about characters jumping the height of buldings. It's perhaps something I'll get used to as I better know how far the show is willing to go with things like that, how outrageous it want to be. It will likely never as insane as Black Lagoon and that's for the best. Only BL can do the things it did and Gangsta need to find its own little corner. So far alright!

People made parallels to it being like SAO when it lacks a harem theme (so far that I can see).. But I'd argue that it is kind of like .hack//sign.

 

Didn't like the protagonist, something about a badass armor suit with a voice like that is just errgh.. I know he's a player but dang.

The protagonist being a skeleton sounded kind of interesting, but the thought of another "oh noez ima trapped in a game" scenario gives me some fatigue.

It's more along the lines of the guy reprogramming an NPC to make her fall hopelessly in love with him and then once trapped in the game, proceeds to test how lifelike stuff is by groping the girl repeatedly.
