1. No thread hijacking is occurring. At no point is anyone restricted from discussing what they wish to discuss.
2. As Giggak said in his video(which I'll add to), whether RWBY is an anime or not is debated, but it really doesn't matter. The argument that its an anime-inspired machinima or machinima-styled anime still leaves it definitely in the anime camp.
3. This IS a thread for anime and manga discussion. RWBY isn't manga related so much as it is anime related, thus it still fits. Just like Dragon Ball or Inuyasha, Bleach or God knows how many animes/mangas I've never even heard about.
4. Instead of assuming this thread is suddenly turning into another RWBY thread, why not discuss what you're into? I made a post including not one but two videos related to Death Note, but that post was completely overlooked so you could comment on RWBY, something you apparently don't want commented on. Where's the sense in that?
Instead of negativity and complaints, lets instead understand that we all have our preferences, opinions, likes and dislikes. We can all talk about what we enjoy and no one can stop us/prevent us except for the people in charge of this forum;we were given the privilege of posting here as long as we abide by certain rules and guidelines, which we're all following.
Lets discuss the things we are interested in instead of bringing negativity into the picture. Positivity for all.
What I mean by that is, instead of me saying, "Why doesn't anyone make a thread for each and every anime/manga brought up in this thread?", why don't I just not comment on those things I am not interested in, or at least inquire about them if I wish to learn more?
We can be better than trying to restrict other people here from discussing what they enjoy. What we should be doing is accepting the vast potentiality of things brought up in this thread and embrace it, as well as each other. Whether we agree with them or not.
