Heh, well Clannad is the only thing I am familiar with Key, and they did a great job in telling an story about adolescence. Not sure what exactly Charlotte wants to tell, so remains to be seen what the focus will be and how well it executes it.

You're right. We don't really know yet what the theme is in Charlotte yet but I'm sure we'll get something soon.

 

Yup, and it suffers from all the normal KEY problems. Horrible art deigns, heroine routes are garbage, thankfully they never added H-scenes.

I'm with House on this one. LoK is fab in my book. Even if the original Blood Omen can feel a touch clunky these days, it's still so atmospherically wonderful that I don't even care. I've been kind of pondering running through the series again over the last few years. It'll happen at some point.

 

Once again my backlog rarely gets completed cause I always go back to other things I've done before.

Charlotte episode 2 was decent. Still way too early to really say anything about the show besides it being quite pretty and that they've started to flesh out the characters surrounding the MC. Will be interesting to see where they take this and I genuinly hope the show can avoid the numerous mistakes that Inou-Battle suffered from.

Oh yeah, definitely with you on the atmosphere! And while Blood Omen is quite straightforward, I do like that it tells a tale about decadence, which is quite fun with everything involved, despite being rather simple for the most part. Plus it has Simon Templeman doing the voices for Kain
