UBW looks better in ep24. It looks like crap in ep18. That's an inconstancy. UBW should have been handled with love and care for a plethora of reasons, Ufotable didn't. The fact that the brief physical spat between Archer and Saber was better then the UBW part just makes it worse.
The Ufotable team didn't budget properly and they didn't have their prioritizes straight. Ep18 should have looked BETTER then ep17 because of what it was dealing with. Gae Bolg: Soaring spear that strikes with death, Rho Aias and the small parts with Caster and RIn looked better then any moment in ep18 and that should not be happening.

Finally found a source for Gate. Second episode was definately better, though I foresee pacing issues with the anime.
