Malak is the traditional star wars villain, so I can understand where some people might be coming from. Especially if they dont understand Kreia as a character.

If Malak even had a personality I would get it. Look at Baras, he's extremely popular despite having the power hungry motive. WHy? He has a great personality and alot of funny moments that makes the player like him. Malak lacks that, he is simply a cardboard cutout with the traditional motive and boring one liners.

Someday I need to find the motivation (and HD space) to get back to TOR. Mostly only messed around with Agent and Smuggler so far, liked both a fair bit (agent especially). Though it's been so long since I last played and I've heard they changed up the skill trees and such so I'm wondering if I might just be better off starting fresh. @__@

I know I prefered Malak over Kreia as kid. Mostly because the whole grayness felt weird within the SW universe.

Heh, same. Stopped playing when my group of friends lost interest, and naturally I followed as well.
But I already did a lvl 40 Sith Warrior, so should just reinstall the game and play through the story at least.
