Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu
Now I get how this war went on for 100+ years. If military staff meetings degenerate into political and indoctrinated blabbering there's no wonder. Shows a remarkable ineptitude for the most basic necessities when it comes to military planning.
Disregarding the rest of the shows military aspects that make zero sense, like capturing a gigantic space fortress with only a handful men (at least, they only showed a handful men, but even the entire Rosenritter contingent was what, 200-300 men?) and ending up capturing half a million enemy personel.
I know corruption is a major theme in this show, but there's a difference between corruption and idiocy of stellar magnitudes. So far the only thing that makes the show tolerable is the political aspect, but I severely doubt that's going to keep me for 110 episodes unless the rest of the show gets out of the gutter.
