Anyone read the new Nanatsu no Taizai chapter?

It's wild how Mel regaining his lost power turned the sky black. Looked like something out of Dragonball, while Nakaba slips in a hint that King's depowered from lacking his wings. So far Ban is the only Sin who lacks any sort of hidden or lost power that's needed to fight against the 10 Commandments. As he is now they'll vaporize him.

I think the 'pain' he felt was exactly 'those things' starting to grow.

 

As for Ban... well perhaps in the next few chs they'll focus on him.

 

I hope they do.

I didn't think about King's wings like that. As in him being a late bloomer, and you have good taste. Ban, best Sin.

 

After King explained his secret power this chapter it put his fight against that old Holy Knight named Cain in a new light. IIRC he shrugged off King's power with a sneeze.

 

-edit- Cain blitzed the hell out of King before he could use Disaster.

In other news, Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka seems like it's a standard fantasy setting harem show with your everyday shy male moe protagonist.

I started watching Fate/Stay Night earlier (just a single episode in) and

it feels a lot less serious than Fate Zero did. Now different companies are responsible for the two works if I recall correctly which would explain the different tone, art style and such, but I have to say that I like Ufotable's approach better. I'm also disappointed that Emiya Kiritsugu is dead at the start of the series, though perhaps he isn't, because Kiritsugu. Here we go again with the tried and true school setting...

I'm not watching UBW, I'm watching Fate/ Stay Night, the 2006 one

 

The art style does look similar, but they have moments when they overdramaticize characters with razor sharp teeth and make them ginormous, that's what I meant. They also seem to use different reds, which is a big color in the series. Ufotable seems to use a brighter red, while Deen(?) uses a darker red.

Don't know why you are experiencing that one, since UBW 2014 works more as a sequel of sorts (and 2006 is pretty bad). But eh, if you are looking to get everything out of Fate in terms of anime, then sure go ahead.

Because House told me to for the Saber route. But yeah, I am far more interested in UBW and UBW 2. I just see UBW as the reward I get for finishing this one. It isn't so bad yet, though. It just comes across as less serious which kind of bugs me.
