Gravs Kohais should totally take his advice and watch those shows. Haven't seen the 2nd one myself but Shin Sekai Yori is wonderful and amazing and everyone should watch it.

Caught up with Overlord.

Makes sense that MC is OP right now but I hope that he won't be that way throughout the anime.

As for why I'm planning to watch those otaku bait anime.

Rakudia has a relationship between the mc and main heroine that actually develops if I'm actually to believe the people who read it.

Asterisk has a main heroine with Ion's VA.

And that last one gets apparently pretty crazy in later volumes.

Tell me the MC isn't as embarrassing as he was in the first episode?

Blackbeard is going to be a character you love and hate. For me it's complicated, I like him overall. He's not the typical super buff character either so it's unusual.

After he gets transported to the video game (or whatever happened to him, it's not really that clear yet) he not just physically becomes a skeleton but also mentally he becomes a lot more anti hero-ish.

 

Oh and that girl he reprogrammed?

 

She goes full I'm obsessed with the MC and has some amazing facial expressions.

The first Aria The Avvenire OVA hits the theaters in less than a month.

Our next one in August too. Coffee is being consumed so I'll grab the date once that's working it's magic.

ETA: I think I stand corrected. We have new episodes starting August 6th, but I think it's going back to the one a week format instead of the bomb one. Either way, something nice to look forward to.
