But it all ties back the series and Luffy's core values and chapter 1 is why I love it.

 

It was not just a giant crushing an ant here.

 

It was proving who was right.

 

And not even because he was challenged to do so.

 

He did it for the same reason why Shanks did what he did in chapter 1.

Not entirely sure what you're talking about specifically but it almost sounds like that old concept that in order to succeed you don't necessarily have to be the winner.

You can still lose a fight for example and still accomplish what you set out to do.

This was more like Luffy's 2nd fight with Bellamy.

 

In the first fight.

 

Luffy didn't do anything.

 

And he still won.

Haha I was just going to say I'm not sure what you mean cause I haven't yet but yeah, I'll keep that in mind for later. Been busy with SU because it's easy to watch an episode or two well I'm eating before I crash after work but once I finish that I'll start back up OP.

Geth has a good critical eye so there's probably more to that scene that I never initially got.

Trying to get Geth to write a serious post is like trying to get Lotion to watch HxH.

 

I don't want Lotion to watch HxH. I would get sick of Geth calling him dumb after the 7th time.

I knew you would love it.

It's a really great show.

I figured I would since it has so many anime references. Even so it has already exceeded expectations. It helps that it reminds me so much of PMMM in a lot of ways. Also it's quite well written and mature, surprisingly so.

Also it's quite well written and mature, surprisingly so.

Adventure Time really opened up the flood gates here for really good cartoons like this.

 

Much like how Lost made genre shows mainstream and why we have much better TV shows as of late.

 

Also took down reality shows a bit.

 

Really to bring it back to mediums and stuff.
