As someone who was very similar to the protagonist of Watamote in many ways I find the series funny. Yes her situation is very sad but having gone through it I can relate to her, and cheer for her when she tries to work through it.

I know not everyone is lucky like I am but I eventually came out in a good place, with a loving relationship, and a fairly stable life. So to me, since I know its something that she can eventually get a handle on.  I find it more comedic than sad. This is a stage of her life that will be awkward due to her situation but it does not mean the suffering will be for nothing.

Hell she is more proactive about her situation than I was at her age.

I know quite a few people who have dificulty getting into it since it hits a little too close to home. I love the show though.

Okay, so I finally motivated myself to watch something again. I got through most of Senyuu, which I had to put on-hold last year, and now every site I go to seems to not have subtitles for episode 10, which is keeping me from finishing a show that should be easy to finish. >.>

Then Sword Art Offline, (if you haven't noticed, I'm going with shows with like, 5-10 minute running times right now) and realized that they only have up to episode 5... Get on that animators. >

So now with my short series out of the way, kinda, I'm gonna start with the stuff that's currently airing, because it probably doesn't have too many episodes for me to catch up on. Kill La Kill, Log Horizon, and Samurai Flamenco. I'll be doing that today, so later.

THEN I'll finally finish Sakurasou. I've got so many episodes of that still, I just can't start it right now. It's too intimidating. >.>

Caught up with Toriko. Midora killed made 25 billion people homeless and turned the human world into a waste land.

After seeing his backstory i thought he'd be another Obito, but thankfully Shimabukuro is better than that. Better than Musashi Kishimoto.

Finished catching up with NnT too, and it's weird that Gowther is considered the sin of Lust. Hopefully it's the lust for battle...

That kid's annoying.

Hopefully the reveal of Gowther's identity won't be a disappointment. I'd be pissed if Gowther is some mecha suit of armor while that kid's caretaker is the actual pilot.
