I don't  think I said he was poorly written man he's well executed. I just hate his character. He's doing things that make me not like 12 year olds.

 

He's real as hell and I hate it.

 

At first Killua was more annoying (an "I'm doing it because I feel it so" person), but now he's acting as a pro in controlling Gon (who's far more "X"y now) from making rash decisions.

Gon is super happy go lucky until something really pisses him off. 

 

Then we see the selfish 12 year old behavior.
