It's hard to recommend it to people because of it, but it's part of it's humor and is satirical at some points, so I don't find it too bothersome.

So, kill la kill fans, do you find the copious amounts of fanservice to be distracting or part of the show's charm? I honestly don't have strong feelings either way, but that is apparently a hot topic when it comes to that show.

I completely ignore it in any anime I watch now. Honestly most animes have far too much fanservice. But Kill La Kill is so over the top to begin with that it bugs me less in this then it would in a more serious anime.

To be fair fan service is the entire point of KissxSis, its not as if theres a serious storyline behind all that fanservice that is getting ruined.

Well see, I think the purpose is to shiver the audience's timbers. But seeing a dude lick sweat out of his step sister's belly button is kinda awkward no matter how you look at it.

@Boob: No I meant that Elfen Lied is at the top of the heap in terms of over the top gore. But yeah, I've only ever seen one other thing that is more "suggestive" than KissxSis that didn't count as actual pron. But that was neither funny or cringe worthy. It was just dumb.
