SAO was entertaining and alright but it's overrated and to be honest, it was one of the things that reeled me back into anime besides Gundam. I don't hate on SAO like others do, but that's my opinion of it.

The worst thing is that Japanese otaku are so obsessed with crap like SAO that they don't even make figures for cool things like VLR.

 

None that I can find, anyway.

 

Hence if I could find them I'm sure they'd be $300+ anyway.

 

I got a watch and a concept artbook and yeah that's it. Like other quality stuff I like such as Shin Sekai Yori and Chihayafuru finding merch is hard unfortunately

I could write an essay on why PP2 was complete mediocre at best. The fact that the PP movie was enjoyable again shows me something. PP is only good when Gen is in charge of the script.

 

If they do a season 3 I hope to whatever Gen leads it, not Jun because he failed hard with PP2s script.

I must say... the music.... the overall feel.... it's something I've never felt in an extremely long time... years perhaps? I... don't know. It's just something... different. 

 

I cannot describe... how? How can just one episode of this awaken certain things? The ending song as well...

It's an odd show but very unique. It's not an insanely old one either despite how the animation looks. That's intentional.
