Bleach is a horrible mess of a series, with never ending plot-holes, retcons and stupid characters. It had potential sure, for like the first 4 books but Kubo had no idea how to write(or draw) past that. Getting rid of main characters like Chad for the stupid Soul Reapers did not help either. And don't get me started on Aizen's "character".=]

At least Naruto was good for 16 books before it became a stupid boring mess.:?

Anyway Bleach's manga will be done soon too because even Japanese kids are sick of this mess.

But I will say Bleach did give some good things like it's music, and Freeza singing a Life is Like a Boat cover in Engrish.

Nothing is ever going to top Freeza singing "I WAN U 2 KNOW WHO I REARRY AM".

NOTHING

Leged of Galactic Heroes.

At ONLY 117 episodes (or so) it is a great thing to watch. If you don't mind the older animation. And lots of politics.

Half of anime is so damn retarded it's fun to watch.

The other half is either super-serious and makes holywood dramas/serious moves look mild in comparison, OR super-distrubing and makes you go WTF???.

They're making a new Sailor Moon. I watched this show as a young lad back in the late 90's. This interests me.

It's probably already been mentioned, but Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is hands down the best anime series I've ever watched. I know the plot of the original series (rather strange term since the story diverged from canon by necessity, I know) and I don't think it would have impressed me so I've never watched that one. Death Note is a close second.

I saw a pretty histarical clip on YouTube, and after doing a bit of research, I found out that the show is called "Toradora".

Any recommendations for it? It looked kinda cute, for lack of a better word.

Great fighting anime. But not over dramatic like DBZ.  :D

YuYu Hakusho was Yoshihiro Togashi's fun awkward Dragon Ball copy that is really overrated. What I mean was that it was at it's best when it did things that were not clichéd, like the Chapter Black arc, great writing right there. But Togashi was still new at that pont and had to make some clichés(by the editor's word I am sure) and so he put some "cool characters" in the manga, problem was they were boring and pointless, they being Kurama and Hiei. And every other arc was a tournament arc(like Dargon Ball was at the start).

I mean it had some problems like that but the wrose one is still the "ending" to the series because that's not a really good ending... Anyone who has read the manga knows what I am talking about.

I still like the series don't get me wrong, it just is not Togashi's best work.

All in all I think Togashi got better when it came to Level E, and then he became really great when he made Hunter x Hunter. Becaue they really step outside the "everyday shonen story" clichés we all see. I mean hell Hunter x Hunter is one big deconstruction of happy shonen adventures.

Oh wow, I remember watching Sailor Moon when I was a little boy. Not gonna lie, it was one of my favorite shows back then.

Hell, I'd probably still watch it these days. If nothing else, for the nostalgia.

Fun fact, the creator of Sailor Moon, Naoko Takeuchi wanted to kill off all of the cast at the ending of the series, but her editor said "This is a shojo manga!" and stopped her from doing it.

When the anime adaptation was made, all of the protagonists were in fact killed off, although they came back to life, Takeuchi held a bit of a grudge that she had not been allowed to do that in her original manga.

One more fun fact, Naoko Takeuchi is the wife of Yoshihiro Togashi and they are both rich(Takeuchi being the more rich one) and lazy(Togashi being the more lazy one) as f**k

Wow, Togashi's wife is the mangaka of Sailor Moon. Is Full Metal Alchemist's mangaka married to anyone we might know.

Fullmetal Alchemist is amazing. Arakawa really did her homework on alchemy, chemistry, and other scientific concepts.
