I liked Kokoro myself. Didn't get past the first ep of Hyouka though.

I do recommend Shin Sekai Yori (From the New World). Though the beginning drags a bit, it gets fairly interesting. It's originally a novel, so you'd find some cool literary value.

Second 2012 anime I'd recommend right now is Zetsuen no Tempest.

Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and Psycho Pass were also well-made.

I've heard a lot of people praise it, my cousin claims it to be his favorite series. I'll keep an eye for it, just not in the mood for something "heavy" at the moment.

I'm contemplating starting K-ON! for the sake of understanding all the references I constantly see of it across the internet, it just... isn't my style, however.

Like, I've been following the manga for a long time, and Shaft literally took it, Shafted it, and made it the hypest sh!t in the fvcking world. And it's pretty much the best adaptation I've ever seen as far as sticking to the source (seriously, it's like frame for panel) at least so far.

Well to be fair, there hasn't been a REAL major plot development since like Chapter 51. I'm being serious. There was some stuff around the 70's and 80's, but it's been filler. So much filler. But Shaft filelr would be amazing so +1

The locket hasn't even been shown in like forever. But with the last chapter Haru found out that Chitoge and Raku are faking, so there might be something coming soon. But at this point, like, come one. ChitogexRaku is what it is. Sorry Onoderaf@gs. Tsugumi is still amazing though  And dat perve~ Marika lol

The pilot's Love Song is cool too. 

And Chuunibyou 2. Dat Tyrant's eye omfg yus. Yuuta has become alpha as fvck. literally spanking Rikka. Like...wat?

"A little bit..." is a bit of an understatement. Its got one of the lightest plots Ive ever seen but it gets me to chuckle every now and then.

I laugh just thinking about the odds and implications of so many lesbians in the same spot... I feel bad for the guys.
