Just finishing up season 1. So far I still like Rikka and Yuuta's romance a bit more but Clannad has so much other meaningful interactions, that as a whole its probably a better watch.

I was impressed with the first season. Its a very charming show. 

Edit: So should I watch the movie or go right to After Story?

Don't watch the movie. It's a recap of the entire series and would ruin After Story.

Alright. Going to be going through After Story this week.

The Tomoyo episode was interesting. Kind of funny to watch after the rest of S1.

I don't think anyone's expectations can be low enough for DbGT. Really the only thing that is worse than that spin off is the real actor Db movie.

Oh I'm just getting emotional haha. I'll watch MMY after I finish off with the manga, no way this thing is going to leave me wanting for more.

Oh look, it seems the fates are against me...

The manga is by season one and still being published.

I'll have to settle for the light novels then. Seriously, nothing pisses me off more than an incomplete story.

Okay guys, can you help me out here?

I found out that the Light Novels, though complete, have not been fully translated, so I discovered a fan translation that leaves off where the anime ends (vol 6) this guy/gal has done all of them.

However, I have no idea how to download them. He/she directs me to a link where you download a torrent, however, I can't seem to open that file. Am I missing something?

Why not?

Follow the link to the nyaa torrent host and click on download there, it will bring up your torrent client (I assume you have one) and that one will automatically download the torrent. Just tried it myself and I could set the torrent to download no problem.

BitTorrent or µTorrent for example are widely spread torrent clients. And none of them will mess up your PC unless you download crap with it.

Just make sure that whatever torrent you download, it is done via your client. There are a couple "fast downloads" floating around that have you download an executable, which you are then asked to run to download the torrent faster and "safer". I don't think I have to tell you how much "safer" that is ...
