You have it all wrong though, FLCL *is* deep. FLCL > KLK > TTGL. Remember how Mamimi burned down her school because she was obsessed with that one video game? Wow. Much troubled youths.

Meh. Don't care much for *SYMBOLISM*, I find FLCL the most boring of all.

That kind of "depth" is not interesting to me at all.

Have you seen Neon Genesis Evangelion? FLCL and TTGL are basically Gainax's own antidote for the massive angst, that's why it is fun.

Yes, I have seen NGE.

Mind you, you can overdose with an antidote too. Too much of anything can be bad.

There's only room for one badass woman in my heart...

Who's also in the military that is.

So I finished the Melancholy of Dumbeldore and I got to say, I really liked it.

It's so weird and wacky and it does it so smoothly that it never really feels forced on you. So I guess the movie is next, but that only covers volume 4 meaning there are 2 more volumes to go.

So, do I have a choice with the manga? Or is that not finished yet meaning I have to do another Spice and Wolf special to get it done?

Well f*ck

It's another Spice and Wolf thing -.-

At least the novels are translated and NOT fan translated.

Might as well buy them from crunchyroll or funimation or whatever.

Natalia Poklonskaya seems so manufactured, so fabricated, that she would land nicely in the cinematic of some funny command and conquer game.

Yeah, the grail part was a bit confusing, but it was mostly because they kept changing scenery. Like for example suddenly Kirei is alive and well at the funeral of Tokiomi with Rin and her mother alive. Then he is suddenly back from the death with no heart beat. The whole thing with kariya etc. Just some minor thing. I understood the overall message that the grail never was what everyone expected though.

It's only because Kotomine > Kiritsugu and they didn't want to take out their best character.

What? Natalia Poklonskaya is a lawyer, not a soldier.

How so? She's been a prosecutor since long before Putin invaded.

I'll tell you why, because she looks like Annie from SnK388297-attack-on-titan-annie-leonhart.pn

There is an anime coming up (not sure if it's a full length anime or short animations) about a spinoff manga about the Disappearance timeline ("Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan").

Otherwise, no, no hope.

Yeah it seems unlikely, you can safely switch to the manga.

What the hell?

The manga is online, alright, but it's missing like 4 volumes >< it goes to vol10 and then stops to vol15-16 even though it's been translated to 17

Well... moving on. I remember back when I was around 8 (about 2 years back) I watched something called Spirited Away. Obviously I had no idea WTF was going on, but it seems interesting to revisit it. But then again, the movie might be interesting because nostalgia says it is.

I remember it being really freaky, especially that thing that ate everything and looked really scary.

Spirited away is like the most popular (one of the most critically acclaimed too) anime movies out there lol

I even know a couple people that are not anime fans that really like Hayao Miyazaki's stuff.

You're 10? Didn't see that coming. Whitefang should get on your level?

Hunter x Hunter is pretty neat so far, though I'm watching the newer version.

From what I understand, it's the watered down version.

I might give Durarara!! a shot, ever since the second season was announced several of my friends have been nagging me to do so. Looks entertaining somewhat.

Oh c'mon!

You shouldn't take a lot of things I say seriously.

I'm actually 64 with a 22 year old Mexican man-maid. I make him wear a gimp suit and lick his bum with vinegar each morning,

See! I'm totally serious :-)

But tbh, I never lie when I compliment people. I only do my lame-ass jokes for things like that, or else, you'd never trust a word I'd say.

Or are YOU the one pulling my leg?

I was gonna give it a try, but I felt like asking here first before doing so. I know it's a kind of sequel to Bacanno (which is greaaaatt btw, I'd recommend it to anyone) but you know how some sequels go...

Oh, I can feel the presence of a annoying ghost-cyber-AI-child right behind me... I WONDER WHY?!

Doakes... now theres someone who would have known how to handle that annoying ghost-cyber-AI BS...

On a more anime related note me and my anime buddy have finally started watching Psycho Pass together, watched the first 3 episodes, going to check out 4-6 next Sunday. I freaking love the sci-fi setting combined with the vivid animation, I can't get enough of it. Story is intriguing, I can't help but be a little on edge though because I know the Urobutcher all too well, but yeah its good so far :)
