And while I hate Jar-Jar (and I did say almost hate him less than), at least there is some quality behind his animation.

1) Where do you get that from? Is KLK the only silly and "stylish" anime out there? Does disliking it means I automaticly dislike ALL of them?

There is silly done good and silly done bad. And silly done mediocre.

So a friend of mine finally convinced me to watch Attack on Titan (since its on Netflix now, I don't have to sit through the ads on Crunchyroll).

 

I'm about 13 episodes in and...I want to like the show, I really do, but it is doing EVERYTHING it possibly can to make me stop watching.

 

I love the idea and the setting, its very original, but the pacing....is so....damn....slow.  I like several of the characters, but when it takes them A WHOLE EPISODE to monologue about something that should take a few seconds, I just can't stay interested.  The whole Attack on Trost arc could have done with at least 3 episodes less of Armin losing his sh*t, and people freaking out.

 

I don't think I've ever been this frustrated with a show.

That's more of a weakness of the beginning half, the later half has this problem significantly less, however it doesn't have the same opener, so take what you will.

Lotion is my anime hero, anyway. He's the one who has introduced me true epic, humorous and badass anime, not the anime about girls who look like 10 years old kids.
