While we are at it, i think i've completed like 15-16 seasons/movies/OVAs since march this year. Got like 4-5 ongoing aswell so that number will easily take off soon!

I've actually got them written down. Since the second week of February I've watched....

57 animes and counting. Cos I'm watching JoJo atm along with Chobits... and that's not counting the ones I've watched more than once (FMA 3 times, AoT 3 times, Clannad + Afterstory twice, Code Geass + R2 twice, Anohana twice, Death Note twice and Spice and Wolf twice.)

 

That's not that much xD

 

But I am kinda a freak when I get into something hehe

 

As for cons... I'm just lucky I live 5 minutes away from an entire country xD (spain and gibraltar are not one in the same )

Well, let's see, RWBY and Kill la Kill got me watching anime again after Naruto killed it for me way back when(I think it was somewhere near the arc where they were going to rescue Sasuke or something like that)

A while back on Tumblr I saw people cosplaying Bully la Bully. Laughed for like ten minutes over hotdog-Ryuko. X3

 

As far as series complete in the last year or so, you guys definitely have me beat. Including rewatches since getting back in anime last year after a multi-year hiatus, I've got four series (new: Kill la Kill, Madoka Magica, Shinsekai Yori rewatch: Noir) and four movies (The three Evangelion Rebuilds and Rebellion). After this weekend is up I'll be adding Kaiba to the rewatch list since I decided to go back to it after four years (I'll probably write something up after I finish the last three episodes but really, it's an underrated gem for me). The next few months should have me adding a few more to both the new and rewatch lists.

 

And yes, my progress would probably be a lot more if I didn't have 54,698 rewatches of PMMM and Rebellion. Can't count those, cause that's just buffering the list.

Just finished the first season of Black Lagoon and i'll absolutely continue with the rest. After nazi, killer maids and everything else i'm very interested in seeing what else they can throw at me. I really don't care too much about what they are doing since the characters really do everything here, can't go much wrong with Revy

Finnished the first 4 episodes of Madoka Magica. It has really surprised me. At first I thought it was gonna be too cute and girly for my taste, but it has really turned into something good. 

 

Dark, but still with some neat cuteness to it. Definitly looking forward to how it will end.

Last I took count there was about 100-150 animes series I've seen not counting OVA's or movies.

Right now I'be been watching Akuma No Riddle, Utena, One Week Friends and I just started up Kaiba.

Akuma no Riddle is a decent watch but it hasn't really managed to emotionally grip me and the theme is a little to cut and dry so far, I think they could definitely think outside the box with the current concept a little more but it's still not a bad watch, just not as good as I was originally hoping. The plus side of this type of show is since each episode is mostly a standalone, it can slow down one week but pick up on the next.

One Week Friends on the other hand has surpassed my expectations. It's only 8 episodes in and it's already managed to tug at my heart strings. It's working well with memories being a key theme and I'm happy to say the plot actually feels like it's progressing which was my biggest worry going into this series. I heard the ending will be bittersweet but that's no surprise considering the theme

Utena is fantastic so far, the sort of show that's right up my alley. It's surreal, thought provoking and not the kind of plot you can just predict what's going to happen. The character designs and OST are both huge standouts for me. So far I'm about halfway through the series and if it keeps going the way it has then this will probably end up a 10/10 for me.

I've only seen one episode of Kaiba so far so there's not a whole lot I can say about that yet. The opening and closing sequences are beautiful and the OST has already gripped me. I know the animation style is not for everybody but I sort of like it when it's unique like that, it can make it more memorable. I'm expecting the story to potentially end up being emotionally devastating before the end (especially considering who originally recommended it to me ) but tbh that kind excites the emotional masochist in me

I also completed my 2nd puzzle room in VLR, the crews quarters and holy hell did it take a long time. I spent more time in that room then anyone in 999 so I'm wondering if the rest of the puzzle rooms are going to be so brutal X3 I did manage to beat it in hard though so *pats self on back*
