Because Dub Nonon is Peacock from Skullgirls. And yeah I think so far they got the hard roles down the best. I hope Nui and Ragyo will be good too.
Though, something feels off about the all the voices in general.
Maybe because they aren't yelling hard enough.
I like all the voices except I really don't like Ryuko's but i'm not sure why.

Elite four is done well
Senketsu, hard to tell since even in that scene, the Japanese va sounded similar and different then the rest of the series. Need to see more scenes of him really.
The three main though(Ryuko, Satsuki and Mako) outright made me cringe.
Overall, not bad, but could have been better. Still surprised Nonon actually sounds good, was the one character I thought they would mess up.

My thoughts exactly. Though, I thought Gamagoori sounded a bit off, but thats probably because yelling in japanese sounds alot beter then yelling in english.
Which is actually the biggest problem of all -- They aren't yelling hard enough! Come on, people! This is Kill La Kill!
Some of the voices i like more than i expected to and obviously there are some voices i'm not a fan off. Something is off on quite a few of them.. Nonon, Ryuko, Senketsu and Satsuki. Did expect much worse for Nonon though something is still off and i'm not that pleased but i can survive. Ryuko i need to hear more but from what was shown it was bit bland. Same goes for Senketsu, it was not a good scene for him in the sub either. Satsuki sound so, weak. She got no aura, no menance, no power behind her voice.
I think we can all agree it is not as bad as AoT or other really bad dubs so far, which is a good thing. So far it looks like my expectation of an average dub will be right.

Bully la Bully and AoT abridged where too epic for humanity. So we got a shitty AoT dub and a passable KLK dub.

SOOOOOO much better than AoT's. The sub is still better, but some voices they nailed perfectly, like NOOOODEEIST BEECH and Nonon. I'm really glad, that means that those who refuse to watch anything subbed have a decent dub for a f*cking awesome anime.

But haha I also think the anime is quite weak compared to the manga.
And Bully la Bully is only somewhat funny. I don't think they really watched many 4Kids dubs. lol

I'm waiting for more lines on that since his voice sounded more high pitched in japanese at that point as well.

Fair enough... I think I might watch the first few episodes of this once it comes out. Again, I'm really really glad that it's at least decent. Not AASDIODJAWAMAAZIINGG - but decent enough that I don't want to cry in a corner and swat myself with a mace.
