Ben-To was sooooooo f*cking good. It's hilarious and the characters are a lot of fun. Especially the chick with the huuuuuuge yaoi fetish. She writes her 'novels' and uses the fights of the main protagonist as 'inspiration.'
Needless to say, it has the best special episode of any anime ever.

So for a change of pace (I've watched mostly slice of lives for the last 7 animes I've watched aside from Rin) I'm gonna go for a horror one 'Another.' Let's see how the dub is and if it even comes close to how awesome When they Cry was.

Another is a good one. I'm not a huge fan of the direction it goes in the last 2 episodes but it wasn't so bad that it ruined the rest or anything.
Hopefully it's one of those things that depends on taste or something.

Don't worry. It's not THAT bad of an ending. It just won't be winning any awards or anything.
Ah, cool. All I'm really going to watch it for is for creepy stuff, gory scenes and When they Cry crazy.
Of course, a good story would be a nice addition, but I don't mind spending 13 episodes on a 'good' instead of an 'excellent.' Then my list would be a lot shorter and I wouldn't have so many awesome shtuff to watch

I've seen everything on their top 10 list, and for the most part I can understand why their list is the way it is, but I just can't figure out what S;G did to deserve such praise.

What kind of anime are you in the mood for?
Puella Magi Madoka Magica is usually my goto suggestion. Short of that I would suggest Shin Sekai Yori if you want something that will keep you thinking afterwords (*some* people find it a slow burner though), Clannad or Anohana if you want a feels trip, Watamote or Welcome to the NHK for a good comedy, Fate/Zero or FMA:B for something a bit more action packed but still with a great story.

I finished FMA:B,Ben-to,Last Exile,Fairy Tail,Magi,Cowboy Bebop all in all I really enjoyed all of them. As for what I might be in the mood for? I have no idea, I like comedy,action,horror, dem feels all that stuff is great. I've been going through a lot of comedy 'god on earth' shows lately for some reason. Binbougami, Maou-sama, Noragami. Those were all very good. Still working through Wolf's Rain which is much more serious and also excellent and well dubbed.

Samurai Champloo is something I've recently watched. By the same guy who did Cowboy Bebop and just as excellent. The characters are great, the comedy hilarious and the fight scenes are the best I've seen in anime.
Dub or sub, it doesn't matter. But the dub has Steve Blum

So yeah, Another is looking good atm. Love the creepy atmosphere, and the OST reminds me of RE in some ways. Main character suffers from stupid curiosity syndrome and his infatuation with the 'main girl' either has a reason or is there for 'reasons.' I tried the dub first until I realised that the main character was this guy
Yup, couldn't associate that dude with anything serious so I switched to the sub. If things go 'When they Cry' (screaming, laughing etc) the sub will naturally be better 'cos the Japanese can pull those things off far better.
