Well that seems to juxtapose the feelings you had on the TFS abridges I shared with you, but whatever. ![]()

Some bits were funny, but I call it overhyped. The Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged was funnier.

What I feel it does right is that it delivers comedy when appropriate, like with the Ginyu Force, they were essentially a bunch of jokester's to begin with so they made them even more flamboyant than usual. The idea of an abridge is to amplify the caricatures of the character's personalities to the extreme. TFS does this with finesse, and they are funny when they need to be and the result is much more awesome for it --, Like making Frieza incredibly intimidating and sadistic, with occasional quips that only further enhances how utterly cruel he is.

I thought the point of the Abridge was to be one big joke.

I don't know Milan -- I seem to recall your reaction was quite positive with the stuff I shared. Are you sure you're not just disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing with me right now? I'd advice actually watch more of it regardless of how you feel about it right now.

Antfish was good as Dodoria and Ginyu.
Can't wait to see what he does with Satan the true hero of the series.

I'm totally here to ship. That movie put me in my happy place alright.
That ending of Aldnoah though.
Spoiler
So got around watching watching the episode aswell and yes. That ending ![]()
This episode was exactly what Aldnoah needed and i'm super pumped for more, a week is just too damn long!
Really starting to like the characters and they are starting to take form, just want to know more about everyone of them. Very curious, especially about Inko!
A gif from the episode, it really doesn't spoil anything at all but rather put it under a tag for anyone that just want to know absolutely nothing no matter what it might be.

Well, duh. The manga is always the best when it comes to the story itself for anime.
Subjective again.
Also, I fail to understand how DBZ became so popular.
But then again, with many popular stuff I cannot comprehend the huge follower base (Titanic, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Twilight, Naruto, DBZ, etc..)

Mostly got a good dub that came to America and aired at the right time of day.

Excellence in Action Sequences, bizarre alien species, and it's not exactly hard to market. Not my favorite, but it's got some high points.
you just described 15% of the show, the rest of it is a bunch of dudes standing around, glowing and screaming as they apply buffs
