I dont have a problem with humans killing each other in gruesome ways - its the titan parts that kinda freak me out.

I'll be going to Hell then . It's not AWFUL, but it's certainly not a good as the hype makes it out to be, and it's definitely not the kind of anime I enjoy. I know this is opening a huge can of worms, but I'm a bit over the way women get presented in many animes (Yeah, I know there's stuff like free which goes the other way). There are people who say stupid **** like it "saved anime".

 

1. Anime doesn't need saving.

 

2. Kill la kill is really nothing special. I'm not trying to **** on people who love it, but you can't talk about it as if it's alongside Bebop or GitS.

 

I guess I'd like to see a few less stereotypical High School animes coming out and a few more which go outside box or deal with interesting and controversial topics. Psycho Pass for example.

 

I actually like him because of that. You might see him as too easy, and yeah, maybe he is. But I prefer that to an overly pretentious git who p*sses on anything that isn't up to Bebop standards.

 

If I were to only watch anime that was as good as Legend of the Galactic Heroes or read books that were only as good as A Song of Ice and Fire my collection would be pretty small

 

 

 

You're right, their relationship is important in the next arc, and though fans have gone crazy over their scenes (which barely amount to anything really) they have to step it up in the next one.

 

I seriously wouldn't mind an episode or two of good filler just to develop the characters more. AoT has a pretty big cast for 25 episodes to cover.

 

I don't like reviewers who say everything which isn't Bebop quality is **** either, but I don't like reviewers who are more interested in maximising sub count than seriously analysing the material and being controversial at the risk of losing some subs. I'm not saying Ark is like that, but he can be borderline at times. 

 

And I'm saying this as an Ark fan. I like the guy and I like his humour. No-one's perfect though.

It was far too hot today. I took a few photos in the cloak but couldn't wear it for long because it was roasting - add that to wearing a chest binder and I was dying haha.

 

Exhausted now so going to go relax and watch some Girls und Panzer. Haven't started that one yet but people keep telling me to watch it
