There are only a few

~ i felt there were too many things left open at the end in terms of what happened though it doesnt bother me as much as i did when i first saw it. Mainly because i rewatched it

~ i felt some things became a little too predictable ( regarding deaths ) i do understand the noire/tragedy elements however

~ i liked Hei during the first reason for a variety of reasons. I didnt mind him losing his powers or becoming a drunk ( it was understandable  ) but i felt he lacked alot of what made him special int he first season in terms of overall character development

Nothing major i really do like the series. It would be nice if a season 3 ever happened

For the record, Elfen Lied's opening song has over 1000 plays on my iPod. I used to go to sleep with that song on repeat.

You can't judge the entire 560 episodes long anime based on the first few episodes.


And to be honest, the first episodes of One Piece aren't that good. The series has a bit of a slow start. Things will get more interesting after Luffy got his own true pirate ship.

It also takes a bit of gettting used to the whole style of the anime. At first I also thought it was stupid, but people kept telling me how great the anime was, so I forced myself through the first 20 or so episodes. That's when I started to fall in love with the series. After a while I started to see why so many people are so fanatical about One Piece. It really is a great series.


Also, watch the original Japanese version of One Piece. DO NOT EVER watch the English dubbed version, it's horrible.

Of course. All I'm saying is that One Piece gets better after it's rather slow start. If you want to sit through that slow start to see if you like the rest is up to you.

561 actually, I forgot todays new episode. And it's still counting. :D The series is only halfway right now. I expect that by the time One Piece ends it might have over 1000 episodes. :o

Agreed Logan. I'd rather have Ichigo with Rukia as well. If you imply something that early on follow through with it....Kubo is such a troll....ugh.. well, since you are kind of an "Ichigo/Rukia fan" like me you may enjoy this

No it doesn't. Naruto has 497 episodes if I'm not mistaken. Not sure. I do know One Piece is older than Naruto though.

indeed it was. Love all the little moments throughout the series those two have. Whether romantic or not those two have a pretty powerful bond.

Ugh....don't remind me. In my mind he's still the 10th Espada. He get's his ass beat so easily it's not even funny. Plus pretty sure the majority of the other Espada would kick his ass

Hmm you're probably right about that. I just knew Naruto had a ton of episodes. Haven't really watched it enough to know how many it actually had
