The first arc is basically "see this? It's stupid, and we're about to make it smart." And yeah, don't worry about Reinhard, he's brilliant from episode 1.
Just to clarify, all I meant were social and political reforms that provide a better future for everybody.

Gah, Digimon Adventure 01 and 02 were bedrocks of my childhood. You started watching for the monsters, stayed for the children, and left with great character development.

This weeks Aldnoah was exactly as good as i had hoped it would be. It's known by now that the art, sound and voices are all great so nothing has changed there. This episode focused on much larger things than the last few which i felt was great since the central plot of the anime needed to see a few characters that were shown and some points that had to be adressed got just that so i'm very happy where things are going. I'm also rather pleased to see just how humanity or mostly Inaho so far is fighting. Intelligence and a quick mind are always incredibly useful weapons against anyone, especially arrogance and enemies with a lot more stuff on their side. Just as excited for next episode as before, Aldnoah is just so terrific!

All very essential parts to our lives, sadly most people just lack these parts.. such a shame!
Angel Beats is absolutely amazing and i don't think that to date has an anime made me so torn between laughing at something and going misty eyed over something else just some seconds later. Episode 7 which was the last one that i've watched genuinly made me tear up which suprised the heck out of me. Why oh why did i put of watching this anime for damn long.. baka Rah!

Well, RWBY does jump back and forth between trying to be super serious and being silly quite a bit over a rather short period of time. Bakemonogatari is consistently just weird.
I feel compelled to heal this thread from the dark side of anime into the some pureness
