Nah, apparently they skipped some things but it wasn't anything disastrous.
I guess the manga is kinda dark and compared with Attack on Titan. Not sure how well that translated to the anime.
If I had to compare the anime to anything, I'd say Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet had a very similar setup at the beginning, though it quickly went in its own direction and put the Sidonia-esque plot into the background. I liked that show better though. Another Urobuchi thing.
Would that be the same Urobuchi from Aldnoah.Zero? (which I'm also currently watching 
)

You'd better find a Kamen Rider booth at Otakon and take pictures.
Incidentally, Aldnoah.Zero's lead intrigues me. He's basically the male version of Mikasa, something I haven't encountered so far.
Hmm I'm not sure... if he had an equivalent Erena, he might come across a bit creepier than Mikasa did. Male yandere -> not sure if want.

If i suddenly discover a hidden hour during the day that's always possible. Having a hard enough time as it is right now just trying to keep up with all the animes i watch 
Other than my brother's heretical dislike of Rebellion, I enjoyed rewatching it and the series.
Though, if I watch it again, I'm making a counter of how many Shaft Leans and how many Homura Hair Flips there are.

Should be soon, judging by the preview, a certain event is probably going to happen in ep6 or at least 7. Sim probably knows what event I'm talking about.
