The only episode that was good was the last episode. Every other episode has just been horrible because of crappy pacing, Marie-Sue and the focus not being on the themes of Persona 4 but Marie-Sue, which was never the theme or point of Persona 4 Golden at all.

So... there's Persona 4 and the 'Golden' anime, they're completely separate, right?

Persona anime follows the games story(base version) where Golden just focuses on the new events that where in Golden with shoehorning Marie-Sue(which was a new character in Golden) into all teh events even though she was never part of them thus the meaning of these scenes are now lost and hardly any of the story is ever touched upon. It's pretty much a really shitty ova series.

 

The art is nice though.

Been catching up on Aldnoah Zero, it's a respectable series that shows a great deal of promise. Just a wee bit of political intrigue and some great fight scenes. They're hitting quite a few different beats - The Human element of your average citizen, forces working to outsmart one another(The Robotic Barrier, and attempts to work around it). Won't be writing an analysis or anything, just general impressions. C'mon, it'll be fun. It's got girls with grenade launchers :3

The OVA? I really liked it, I think it is my favourite "Samurai" story.
