Indeed. Obito didn't seem like the type of person to want to control people. The guy's personality definitely reminded me of Naruto, who keeps on going despite any misfortune that happens to him. Also, Obito being able to fight Minato doesn't make sense. The guy would've still been a teenager around the time of the attack.

Aside from Obito's gigantic leap in combat ability in a 1-2 year time span, is Kishi even going to explain how he got so tall, and why Minato didn't recognize his voice?

Personally, I think that's a sign of good writing. When they can get you to like a character you'd normally despise. And I know I'm not the only one who felt that way.

L won in the live action movie wich was actually pretty good minus the video quality. L was always my favorite character and I always wanted him to win. I literally couln't believe he lost the way he did. I just wanted Light to die after that.

I don't see how anyone could root for a sociopathic hypocrite whom twirls his mustache everytime a pencil comes in contact with his hand. The guy was worse than Hitler.

But L was bloody annoying, and he sat like a retard.

I choose the third option; Ryuk. That guy was just messing with everyone for ****s and giggles. He trolled like a pro.

Well to be honest I've yet to see the first bad-ass looking prostitute. Not saying that prostitutes can't look good, but a BAD-ASS -looking prostitute? I've yet to see that.
