Vinland Saga is amazing.
That character design is fine.
That is how all French lords who are fat short a-holes look like.
That is like history 101 yo.
OOOoooh.
I didn't know that.
See I'm Gibraltarian. I know more about Morocco than I do about anything French.
But Louis the Hutin was thin and stringy!
Must have thing an exception.
Is it just me or does anyone else read the abbreviation for Black Lagoon as Boy Love?
Yeah...
It's just me. (Damn you Genshiken)
Well if i didn't do it before i will now!

Oh it's kawaii time alright!

Just sent Earthbound links so he could watch some NECESSARY shows, like PMMM aaaaaand-
I've heard vaguely of Angel Beats. Anything in particular that makes it stand out?
Turns out Earthbound can't watch the shows because UK. ![]()
But Angel Beats is better off watched with no preconceptions. Just trust me and watch it. I'd love to talk to you all about it, but it REALLY is worth going in completely blind.
Its very short, so there is no long term commitment. You could literally watch the whole blasted thing in a day or two.
I'm not entierly sure what i could say about Angel Beats and not set some kind of preconception. It's a very amazing show with some very excellenet scenes. Just as LPP says it's short, only 13 episodes so it get going very fast and you get the idea of it quite quickly too. Delightful soundtrack!
Angel Beats gifs pls
(Side note, this will forever be the best thing)

Oh and for the love of God folks, watch Angel Beats in Japanese with English subtitles rather than English dubbing.
PLEASE. It loses a lot with dubbing.
I watched the dub and still enjoyed it..........................................

TK's whole character is made pointless in the dub. The whole reason he exists only makes sense if watched in Japanese. Stuff like that is why I say so. Sure it can still be enjoyed, but its really not the same unless watched as it was intended. And I say that as someone who's not against dubs.
He speaks english in the sub and random gibberish in the dub. I don't see how that changes anything.
I prefer to watch shows in the dub while I play my games,so Angel Beats has to be in dubs.

This half a billion and more times!
However if someone ONLY ever watch dubs it's not bad. Some voices are less good but overall i'd say it's above average in terms of quality
Trying to find an anime to watch, but there are SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM it is hard to decide a good one. Anyone could recommend a great anime?
More or less any anime goes. I do especially like one set in medieval times, has swordfighting with excellent animations, good characters, plot and doesn't shy away to be more adult oriented (as in can delve into economics, politics, psychology, and such).
Not a fan of anime set in schools or features a lot of kids / teenagers.

I am watching it in dubs now. Most of the time dubs and subs are the same to me. I can't really tell a difference.
Poor TK, being lost in translation thanks to dubbing

Fate/Zero.It represents, in my opinion, the apex of anime entertainment. It has some spectacular action scenes and the violence isn’t so overt as to distract from the type of intelligent story telling that you may find in it. In a nutshell, there are a sufficient number of “WTF” moments as well as sentimental dramatic scenes to please you.
I'd recommend watching Fate/Stay Night before watching Zero, b/c it is a prequel, but you can enjoy it either way.

I disagree. I think PMMM is the apex. Watching Fate/Zero you can get lost too easy with how many main character there are.

Can't comment on that, since haven't watched it. Well the characters can be confusing at times, but Fate/Zero does manage to balance it out without being a complete mess of things.
