Can't comment on that, since haven't watched it. Well the characters can be confusing at times, but Fate/Zero does manage to balance it out without being a complete mess of things.
I recommend you watch it. It's a good Anime.
As for Angel Beats, some of those episodes make the feels come on. 
Having watched both PMMM and Fate/Zero i'm personally still going with PMMM as my favorite anime so far but Fate/Zero is easily one of the best ones that i've watched aswell. A little less messy and a bit better pacing and who knows if it could be on the same level as PMMM. Still equally much worthy of a watch for those that have yet to watch them.

Ep 8 of Ghoul was a mixed bag. Just too many unnecessary changes that damage the characters integrity. Touka though was as always awesome.
This weeks episode of Tokyo Ghoul was almost the breaking point for me. Goodness if it wasn't for Touka and.. well her alone actually i'd consider picking up another anime. This episode was 1 step forward and 3 steps back. Kaneki is becoming a large liability for any entertainment in this show and together with all the previous issues it's just bothersome to watch. At least Hinami did something awesome to give some development to a character. Such an interesting potential and it's just not even trying to live up to it right now. Can only hope next episode do some large improvements.
Zankyou No Terror delivered an episode that more than washed away the disappointment from Ghoul. This episode took all the work that had been prepared for it and made probably one of the best cases it could've possibly done with it and it was through and through a very exciting episode. Characters developed well and Lisa actually became semi-useful at one point which is a large step forward. The soundtracks used in this episode really worked great aswell! This episode also had some interesting development in the storyline and all the pieces are moving forward which is bound to make the last 4 episodes if anything very promising and likely quite enjoyable to watch. So far Zankyou has not disappointed and can't see it doing it at the moment either.
Zankyou on the other hand had a fantastic episode.
I got to say, when i was recommended to watch Haganai i didn't think i'd end up enjoying it.
It isn't my cup of tea what with the lack of giant robots and spacenoid independence movements and all...but it isn't bad.

Also, Seiyas face. That smile makes me want to improve it with a crowbar.
Can't decide if it's good becuase the character is a horrible obnoxious POS so it kinds fits...or if I should be dissapointed they didn't make him more likeable.

Only scrubs like Anime Ken, now Manga Ken is awesome.
Anime Ghouls quality is as consistent as Mass Effect.

More or less any anime goes. I do especially like one set in medieval times, has swordfighting with excellent animations, good characters, plot and doesn't shy away to be more adult oriented (as in can delve into economics, politics, psychology, and such).

I watched sub myself and if you usually watch dubs then Angel Beats got a solid one. A bit iffy on a few voices but none are actually bad or take away from the experience so it's by no means a worse experience going with the dub. I just prefer subs but i'm not going to deny a good dub when i find one either!

That's really up for you to decide. The dub starts out really rough, but gets better as the episodes progress. The sub isn't any better, however. I think I preferred the dub.

Sometimes characters just may have other intentions than murdering another. Learning information from the target can sometimes be what's really the goal.
