So finally finished the second season of Squid Girl and just as with the first season I can absolutely recommend giving it a look if you're looking for something very easygoing and upbeat. It really deliver on silly, fun and amusing scenes and characters. It's not made up by the best of parts but it's very charming and in the end it's been nothing else than fun to watch.

So finally finished the second season of Squid Girl and just as with the first season I can absolutely recommend giving it a look if you're looking for something very easygoing and upbeat. It really deliver on silly, fun and amusing scenes and characters. It's not made up by the best of parts but it's very charming and in the end it's been nothing else than fun to watch.

Yup, I loved it as well and she was even more formidable in the F430 Challenge form.

3rd OVA is out on the manga release on Tuesday, so expect to see it sometime around Wendsday or Thursday.
One could say that I'm a savant when it comes to OVAs, but then it would mean I'm stupid other places.

Plus it's got a brother and sister who kick ass and are extremely protective of each other (you should see what they do to their enemies). There is some onii-chan stuff, I'm afraid, but it doesn't detract from the show at all.

Watched the first episode of Evangelion. It sure looks good for an old anime, and dude those Angels are OP as f*ck. It's not even funny.
And yeah, that OP is awesome. I'm gonna wait for the remake of psycho pass before watching it.

No, the extended cut isn't Brotherhood style, since Psycho-Pass is an anime original series and there's no manga to get closer to. It's more like two episodes smushed together with a transition scene, from what I understand.

Decided to watch Sword Art Online and Sword Art Online 2 after getting a ton of hype about it from my friends.
My opinion in a nutshell:
SAO starts pretty strong, but takes a huge dive halfway. The Alfheim arc is terrible and boring and the whole series feels rushed. I see a lot of wasted potential.
Entering SAO2:
SAO2 is great so far. I feel the anime finally is gotten some depth . It no longer feels rushed and the plot is a lot more interesting than the crappy Alfheim plot in the 2nd half of the first series.
I just started reading the light novels on which the anime is based. I've heard the novels are better than the anime (as usual). We'll see.
