For a moment I thought he was raping her.
He pretty much was.
For a moment I thought he was raping her.
He pretty much was.
In the manga version it's a little different.
Shinji does not do that and she wakes up and she tries to choke him.
lol
If we are talking about Shinji, assuming we are, then he doesn't really "rape" but masturbates over the unconscious Asuka in her bed.
Gintama episode 188, "Observation Journal about Madao" was very good.

I forgot to say, the two episodes about the Rokkaku Inn Incident (revenges) were great.

De Geso!
For finishing Evangelion -- Here's how you did.
Attention-span: S Rank
Viewing all of it: S Rank
Total -- SS -- Super Stylish!!
LOL. At the comments section of that video.
In hindsight. Gintoki has incredible willpower over his urges.
I wonder if he's a eunuch xD
I'd be all over sa-chan.
But that's because I'm a hentai.
A baka hentai.
Who wouldn't?
Sa-chan would let him do ANYTHING to her.
And he just ignores her..and is generally a total d*** to her, even when she is helping ... or that one episode where she managed to track down his lost d**** when even he lost all hope... (don't ask. Weird episode!)

Yeah I lost it about the time Rei became a god.
I preferred it when things were happening inside his head.

So is it worth watching the rest of the franchise?
Yes watch the Rebuild movies.
3rd time's the charm. I hope. The last movie is not out yet.
That's coming next year right?
Yeah 3.0+1.0 comes out in 2015.
Same level of creepy. If we are talking about Shinji, assuming we are, then he doesn't really "rape" but masturbates over the unconscious Asuka in her bed.

Okay, the thing is this.
Whilst the original series focused on the characters more than the narrative (I'll just narrative as an interchangeable for 'over-arching plot') you were able to follow what was going far easier. You knew it was all psychological mumbo jumbo (sorry for the derogative) and it was going inside Shinji's head. It was fascinating (right, Zach?) To see how he eventually resolves/comes to terms with his inner turmoil.
However, when it comes to EoE the narrative becomes distracting. Your focus goes elsewhere and you begin to question a lot of things. Who's Lillith? Did Rei come solely from Adam and not from Lillith? What the hell happened to everybody at the end? Why is Asuka alive?
And so when Shinji's conflict is represented as well (albeit not as in-depth) as the last episode of Evangelion, the narrative lets me down completely by becoming something so intentionally ambiguous that you haven't the faintest clue what is the reality of the narrative and what's in Shinji's head.
That might have been the entire message.
But I dislike when narrative is sacrificed for the supposed thematic significance.
It was alright for the series because it had abandoned the narrative, therefore it was no longer important. A disappointment, but nothing that I had to process.
Same level of creepy.
Don't try to defend this one.
Which Anime are you talking about?

Case Closed is a favorite of mine. Pokemon as well.
Martin Mystery is also a notable mention.
Which Anime are you talking about?
End of Evangelion.
End of Evangelion.
Oh, the how it is in his head thing. I somewhat remember a friend telling me about the different levels of psychology in it.

Oh, no no no.
We're talkin about this.
You know. I realize the showrunner was going through a hard time while making Eva.
That still doesn't this...at all.
And no. I couldn't find a better one.
Be sure to to watch Gigguk's abridge as well... and of course Kuriboh's One Shot. Do it.
OMG IT'S GODZILLA
