Hell of alot better then the Persona 4 animation and 30x better then Golden animation.

But I bet this is one of those games that you can play again and get lots of different experiences each time round. Not in terms of 'consequences' (i,e Witcher 2) but little things here and there.

 

(if the above is real... that looks like a Persona game... I am so totally going to jump around flapping like a butterfly...)

In NG+ your level, stats, persona compendium, yen, weapons, armor and key items(items you get when you max a s-link to make the UP of that persona) all transfer over, so say you playedt he game again, because you have max charm you would be able to start Yukaris social link after the beach hug. Ect

 

NG+ is a big aspect of Atlus games.

Now SSY post of the day!

The focus of episode 9-10 really was about something that suddenly made a lot of things really change shape and a few things that had been assumed was something very much wasn't and it really became so very clear once more that the world they live in really do have so much mystery going around. What is true? What is lies? Do we really want to know? The last question is the one that I return the most because the truth has proven to be very terrifying at times and do they really gain something by always seeking the truth? I suppose I'll see soon enough!

 

Now I do want to find a soundtrack that was played during episode 10. Since the OST is such a massive part of SSY it's complicated to go looking without risking to spoil myself of some powerful moments

10 was one of my top 3 episodes. I thought it had some of the best animation in the series, but I do have a bias towards surrealism. And the OST in that episode was a huge standout to me as well. Great episode.

 

Damn Saki's unquenchable thirst for knowledge! Although in the world of SSY knowledge is far greater then any power.

It was one exceptionell episode and it will be fun to follow the effects from it. It was a perfect mix of all the things that make SSY stand out. Also the use of colours and shading was more than just impressive, especially at the scene towards the end of the episode.

 

Saki is one of the sweetest characters I've seen and it's impossible for me to not love her and really want the best for her. That said her thirst for knowledge is unmatched and considering the amount of dangers she's ended up in so far.. she got guts!

What's everyone's AOTS? Barakamon, Zankyou, Nozaki-kun, Ao Haru Ride, and Aldnoah are all great. But the "so bad it's good" category is strong this season; Rail Wars!, Blade Dance, and Glasslip being stand outs.

It's especially amazing in Persona 4 because there are so many Bad Ends. For RP purposes (and because I didn't spoil myself on the killer), I got every single Bad End before catching the murderer, so I replayed the game like three times before I beat it.

 

It made for an awesome RP/headcanon in which the protagonist was trapped in a time loop until he could solve the mystery, only to watch helplessly and start over every time

The Black Lagoon dub did reverse that for the arc when they go back to Japan(when Rock has to translate)

 

I miss Black Lagoon...

 

Black Lagoon is indeed surprisingly good at what it does. I didn't enjoy all of it, but it's definitely a piece of work... even the F***** Short Version on youtube.

Spice and Wolf is proof that sometimes strong characters can make for a good show even without an epic storyline of action and excitement. That first OP is a favorite, just for how it's smooth and flowing and enjoyable without having to resort to adrenaline pumping crescendos.

 

Also one of the better love plots in anime, and one of the seemingly few between competent adults. Anime needs more focus on adults.
