I'm 187cm and weigh 63kg, so it might not be too far off.

That's converted correctly, right? Give or take 2 kg.

Then again, he's probably much more muscle.

I'm 178 and 62Kg and I can do ninja runs and moves if I'm not tired or something.

I think you can't do much running with that weight because you need better leg muscles and they weigh much. I think you need to be at least 70kg in order to perform ninja moves. Also there must be some exercised upper body muscles in order to use weapons or use Tai-Jutsu.

In 'Ip-Man 2' movie there was a tall muscly English guy who defeated many Chinese Kung-Fu opponents, but somehow was defeated by the most skillful of them.

 

Muscle is a very important factor, but someone with exercised and ready body (not at kick-boxing level) with high skill can defeat the muscliest guy in the ring.

 

Now I'm kinda sick of the word "muscliest"!

Coming home after work and good lord a lot of Aldnoah posts to read and even more about so many other things

I wouldn't describe it like that, or say it wrecks his character. He's confused in his allegiances since he still is thinks Inaho is trying to manipulate the princess and apparently was moved by some of the things Saazbaum said. It's stupid for him to be, sure, since Saazbaum unrepentantly spoke of his desire to kill the princess, but Saazbaum was aware of that stupidity when he set Slaine free with the overly dramatic handcuff removal. He had a feeling Slaine might still be an asset to him and damn was he right. S'yeah, it was expected that he might do something dumb like this if you ask me.

 

I loved how Saazbaum threw in that "well done" at the end though. Even if he's the one who shot the princess, someone needed to twist that knife in Slaine's gut for being so stupid. Went out like a true troll.

 

As far as the deaths go, I suppose it remains to be seen, but they were both leaking blood pretty badly. I'm also still awfully curious about Cruhteo's death since his kataphrakt powered up after all. You all seem to be taking it as a given that he's dead.

You said exactly what I had on mind about Slaine aswell. I don't at all see what he did as "wrecking" his character. Slaine is so insanely confused and uncertain that it was clear that he'd be a wild card and that was something Saazbaum seemed to be aware of by letting Slaine go. Slaine screwed up and Saazbaum got his golden chance and took it. The "well done" is the icing on the cake. 

Saazbaum has been an absolutely brilliant antagonist and played his part so very well. He played Slaine all the way and it suck to see him go but I rather have him go out now and in the way he did than turn into a weaker antagonist. 

About deaths in Aldnoah I'll stick to what I mentioned in my post last night about Inaho and the princess, though I'll admit that I had kinda put Crutheo as dead but maybe I should reconsider that. As you do say his kataphrakt did fire up again

I should stop watching shows that make me so emotionally attached to them and just stick to something more "regular". Finished it last evening and after some tears and emotions and all that jazz, I just aimlessly walked around in my apartment doing basically nothing and yet now it the morning I still have little urge to do anything else, or pick up on another anime since I still have Clannad in my head.

 

CLANNAD, Y U DO DIS!!?

I still need to get around to watching Clannad, especially since I thoroughly enjoyed Angel Beats! (watched it all the way through 3 times) If you haven't seen Angel Beats! I recommend it, it was made by the same people that made Clannad, when the show was over I felt like I had lost a friend.

I've seen almost all the Key anime. Air was spoiled for me so I won't. But I just need to wrap up with Little Busters.

 

I laughed A LOT with Angel Beats, but the end... yeah, the end didn't hit me like everybody else because I more 'huh?' Than 'oh noes!'

 

It's still really fun to watch and that "tension" episode is hilarious.

I did find that part of his post kinda funny, that's 50 times my internet speed. But his point still stands though, the spam makes it hard to follow actual merited posts. It's hard to maintain my stance that Esdeath is Esbest when Akame is just so top tier. And am I the only one who always figured Chelsea's hair would be a little different color wise? It matches the color inserts from the manga closely, but in the black and white it always made me think she'd be blonder.
