I started watching Crest of the Stars, it reminds me a bit of LotGH (the art style and music). And there does seem to be a chance for some good political stuff as well, using trade to control nations as opposed to military force, etc.

With new animes starting up I'll not be able to continue with Chihayafuru in exactly the same speed as before but that's probably for the best since it's a show that I really don't want to ever have end. Even the new characters have within 3 episodes grown so much and genuinly developed into characters that are worthy of the screentime given that would've otherwise gone to the old and tried characters from season 1 that all have continued to develop a lot. One that has grown miles since last season already is Desktomu! 

 

Since Amagi Brilliant Park just doesn't want to get uploaded tonight it seems that I'll watch Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de first. I will one day get to watch Amagi Brilliant Park.. i hope <....<

I agree on the new characters, even though the girl seemed like she could end up being really annoying at first she's actually ntb.

Desktomu has some great development in season 2 BTW. Personally Nishida is my favorite side character but Desktomu is probably 2nd. I find all the side characters well written though.

Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de.. Or Inou-Battle as i'll just call it for the future start of with an episode that delivered on what i had expected it to. It's silly, it's fun and I don't for a second think that it will be my anime of this season but it will be a very good addition and excellent variety compared to all the other shows that I'll be watching. That and it being produced by Trigger at least give some sense of quality to it. Maybe it can surpise me and be far better than I expect it to be. As long as it doesn't waste my time like Tokyo Ghoul did last season I'll be happy!

Porky might be my favorite side hcaracter aswell, he got all the things that make him likeable to me. That and he got immense potential for growth aswell so he's by no means at all boring! 

Sumire got all the traits to make me want to rip my hair out but she's not so bad it seems. I expect me rolling my eyes at her at some moments but I kinda miss having that kind of character around.

Personally, I think Hei just barely manages to win out in the bad ass black attire department. Not that I don't love Emiya, but Hei is untouchable.

Ohohoh I just remembered Nishida and Taichi have a really good "d'awwww" moment together but I can't remember when it happens, though I think it fall somewhere in season 2. I just remember it addresses one thing Chihaya kept doing that *really* was getting on my nerves. It's one of those things that would be done for humor in a show but is actually extremely rude IRL and I'm glad they actually address it.
