We are educated, refined concessiours of fine animated products of entertainment, discussing their merits on a critical basis and using the fine and tested method of funny gifs and dirty jokes.
We are not crazy.
Those that do not acknowledge the greatness that is anime and crazy barbarians.
P.S. - Ergo Proxy does an EVA towards the end. Prepare for a philosophy barrage and a "meh" ending.

Yeah I kind of guessed it would.
But as long as it's relevant to the overall narrative then good.
My only problem with EVAs ending is that it abandoned everything else to focus on Shinji's psyche.
Which was interesting.
But could have been done with the rest of the plot.

First Nine Minutes of Bayonetta: Bloody Fate via Kotaku. They also released a review.
Looks like it's a guilty pleasure that's still a blast to watch, and is essentially what you'd expect in a Bayonetta Anime.
The preview's pretty neat, plenty of action.

Somebody correct me, but isn't kurata a game about finding matching cards before your opponent does. Quick reflexes, good eye, that sort of thing.
Trust in Japan to make everything EPIC. Well, after writing and potato chips, I'm not surprised
That is the basics of Karuta. I don't think the show really exaggerates the game much though. The characters are in the higher level play games and it if you actually watch a real life game played at that level you'll see it can get just as tense. Some people devote themselves to the game the same way grandmasters do with chess.
Sure it likes to keep the games engaging but I'd say the show avoids many of the typical anime tropes you'd probably think.

But heck, Naruto has much better soundtracks than Gintama.
Best non-original soundtracks belong to Legend of Galactic Heroes.

This is the same Richard Eisenbeis who called SAO the "smartest anime in years", praised Sakura Trick like some deep, profound show on lesbianism, said that Cowboy Bebop has too much filler, and gave a rather favorable review of Blade & Soul, as if not being in high school suddenly elevated this dime-a-dozen crappy fantasy anime to anywhere close to decent status
So use disgression. A lot of it in fact

Anyway.
Speaking of Original Soundtracks, from the top of my head I'd say of all anime, these have the most memorable.

FMAB
Death Note (not that is was fantastic but I'll never forget L's theme.)
But I do feel that PMMM knocks them all out the part with its use of music. I never once got bored of PMMM's track. FMAB tends to repeat things a lot (but that might be because I've watched it four times this year) and the same goes with Naruto. PMMM, since it's short, really knows how to play with your emotions using music and its consistent through out the show.
I'm sure there are others that I've yet to mention or want to mention or deserve to be mentioned, but this is from the top of my head after a very painful leg day.

PMMM (obviously.. XD) SSY, Kaiba and KLK are my favorites. Also anything done by Yuki in general 
I could name about a dozen more that are also good. 999, Welcome to the NHK, Chihayafuru, Psycho Pass, Revolutionary Girl Utena and Fate Zero all had top notch tracks too.
