Saw the first episode of Girls & Panzer. lol.
Props to them for executing such a weird premise like that and making it work. The whole scene instructing the girls on the feminine symbolism of tanks was... educational?

Have you ever known a crush that lasted 5 years with a person who at no point liked you or wanted to be with you, that was actively trying to destroy your way of life because of emotional issues, that when he discovered the truth behind, decided to keep pursuing the same goal because "I must be the villain"?
I refuse to acknowledge that her feelings are love because at no point has she ever tried to truly understand Sasuke and at no point have they ever formed any real kind of bond with each other. She's the same stupid girl she was when she went off about how spoiled Naruto was for not having parents to Sasuke as a kid as she is now, something that even Sasuke points out.

Well I found out why the Steins; Gate dub sucks so much, basically writers taking too many liberties with the script for there own personal enjoyment. Not that I understood all the internet and anime culture reference but I understood a lot of them which was great fun. When Daru used the phrase "all your bases are belonging to us" I just about fell out my chair. I'm curious to see how that scene is changed, just need to track it down (just found it, its ruined). And the original quote was especially funny because Makise finished the sentence for him. But yeah, the writers seemed to think viewers wouldn't understand anime/internet culture (I don't know why, its not like we are watching anime or something), so they replaced them with more western themes or just dumbed it down. I'm sorry but I don't know diddly about Doctor Who.

I hated the voice acting so I didn't give it a chance past episode 1 but if they ruined the script too then... LMAO

You're going to f*cking LOOOOVE the Yoshiwara arc.
Gintoki pulls of some mad skills.
And then the Four Devas arc that has a final sequence worthy of Samurai Champloo...
Thing is, they're so few that you really get to appreciate them more once they're there.
Oh, and the Shinsegumi have their spotlight too. Hijikata, Sougo and Kondo do some freaking badass sh*t later on.
The final fight of the anime... well, it's awesome. 265 is a standalone episode, you can actually skip that if you want to and head to the movie but I'd say not to because it's really good. But the last 'arc' is everything I love about Gintoki put into one.
I'm telling you. That dude is my role model.
Which is a bad thing xD no wonder I'm so lazy.
