Want to load my game into the pv verison with a respec mod to respec all my characters so i need to know if its doable, i also need some with the pc game to help me out but i can worry about the alittle later.

I think the coding is too different for the two formats to be compatible. No real mods are available for the 360 version; and as far as I'm aware only hex modding works but that's very limited in what can be done. (That bugs require different patches and the games have different bugs suggest a difference in coding as well.) I am of the opinion what you want to do is not possible.
Also...it's not a game tech question you're asking which is what this board is for. Given the nature of your question you really need to ask on the Dragon Age toolset boards for any advice as they're the ones who can help you.
