Re: the bolded part. I think this speaks more to an immature and shallow attitude toward people, rather than the shortcomings of a video game character. And please don't claim to speak for all 'ladies'.

"Used merchandise"?  ... I can't even come up with something that can illustrate how awful sounding a person you seem to be if this is an attitude you have in your real life.

I only really liked Thane. Jack and Tali were pretty cute, too.

First I like default Shep, looks badass and voices matches nicely. Second can't really stand FemShep's voice (and I usually like Jennifer Hale's voice acting). I was pretty pissed that they cut the same-sex romances from ME1. In my original I romanced Liara (yeah that went well in ME2) and was pretty much at a loss for romances. Just my opinion's here

Miranda: Cerberus **** (first impresssion of course) yeah maybe she loosens up but in the end how can i trust her? In the end she may be a good distraction until my Shep works things out with Liara (which I did in LOtSB although i never got to romancing Miranda at all)

Jack: Emotional baggage. Again she loosens up and yeah I toyed with the idea but she's CRAZY and she gets pissed if you don't continue to romance her (yeah screw you too Jack, well not really...you know what I meant)

Tali: To be fair Tali is great in this one, and that also the problem. Did I really want to start a relationship with someone when my Shep still had feelings for Liara? Miranda I could see, she's rather casual about the ordeal but Tali? It means everything to her and she would risk everything...so yeah my Shep's a Renegade but DAMNIT he's not a heartless schmuck!

So in the end i didn't romance anyone and then romanced (re-romanced?) Liara in LOtSB, although I have no idea how that would work either...I thought about going back and simply committing to Tali (and then I guess having a fallout with Liara because I doubt I'd have enough Paragon to get past the checks if you want to romance her after cheating on her) or dick around with Miranda and attempt to get Liara back (Hopefully?) or do a complete replay.

AND THEN GUESS WHAT! I listened to the letter (they got his voice actor to do it) that Kaidan leaves you after you see him on Horzion (only if you romanced in ME1 with Femshep) My heart broke a little..of course you'd make the best romance with Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan's Voice actor) GOD DAMNIT BIOWARE!!!

You know what im just going to do the sex change hack so my MShep beds Kaidan and then I'm going to screw Miranda (I guess depending how ME2 regards the sex of my imported Shep) for revenge. (Yes you can do Mshep/Kaidan and guess what they did record some voice acting for it before it was scrapped) DAMNIT DAMNIT DAMNIT
