So I just spent $60 purchasing 4800 Bioware points to get all the DA2 and ME2 dlc I've been missing. In addition to the 100 points I already had on my account, that is a total of 4900. I immediately purchased the following dlc: Dragon Age II - "All-class Item Pack II", "Mark of the Assassin", Mass Effect 2 - "Genesis", "Arrival", "Shadow Broker", "Kasumi - Stolen Memory", "Overlord Pack", "Firepower Pack", and the "Aegis Pack". Those items total 4320 points. That should leave me with 580 points. I tried to purchase a few other weapon and costume packs but there were errors with your web page. Some how my points were used up (I currently only have 20 left) but those dlc items were never added to my available game content. Check out my account for yourself, you'll see the points I purchased doesn't match the content available on my account. What I need is those 560 points refunded to my account. Please tell me how I can get this to happen. Thanks very much. Also, do you guys offer a more personal support service or is everything handled through these forums?
