I used PC cheat codes to max my paragon points about mid point in game and I was told Hacket would immediately contact you by galaxy map once you reach the necessary level of points however he didin't. I think my cheats messed this up, is there any way I can aquire the mission or fix this?

Are you also aware of the bug involved with this quest? It happens to everyone so don't worry if you notice it and think it's due to your cheat codes.
