Hey, I'm trying to buy some Bioware Points so I can get the DLC's. I want to use the payment option iDeal, but whenever I select it and press continue, it shows that I selected Moneybookers. I tried selecting different options and that works. I can select Sofortüberweisung and Ukash just fine. I tried in two browsers, FireFox and Internet Explorer 8.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
Cannot select payment option iDeal

posting to say i have the exact same problem. Want to play ME2 on the pc since i will most likely play ME3 on pc instead of xbox. i have the game but i want all the dlc but have the same problem as perfectriot: cant use ideal (my preffered method of payment). Also tried multiple browers, but nothing seems to work.

I'm also having this problem. When you select the iDeal payment option the store indicates you've selected Moneybookers instead. I'm on Firefox 10 here.

Please fix this else I'm sad to say that I'll have to find other measures to get DLC because I can only pay with iDeal.

I am experiencing the same problem.
There are two options for Moneybookers and two for iDeal and all four of them result in Moneybookers being selected when I press continue.
Since iDeal is the only way I can Bioware Points, I would like to see this problem fixed sometime soon.

Wel guys i just tried to go trough official channels to have this problem rectified
After being passed around like a footbal by the forum moderators.
I finaly was able to get a link from "Chris Priestly" who directed me to the https ://help.ea. com/ site.
After joining a live chat session i spent about an hour arguing with several (as they cal them there ),
Game Advisors.
After first trying to blame myself and my connection and i quote
"this is the issue related to proxy serever
please contact to yoour I S P."
I spent around another half hour explaining that they did not protect their HTML codes and that i could read the entire site including the coding that was flawed.
I wont bore you with the details but in short its a simple 1 word error that takes 5 seconds to fix if anyone cared to take a look.
Finally after referring them to several of the threads on this forum regarding this problem the Advisor
Promised me this "quote"
Akhil: Okay thank you for your explanation i will forward this to our development team
"Unquote"
So lets hope they have fixed this soon and we can all buy the DLC's and crack open that Mass effect 3 game that we have lying on our shelves and are not playing because we don’t know the full story.

CONFIRMING this issue, I'm eager to add bioware points to add the last important DLC to my mass effect game series by using the iDeal method. However everytime when i select the iDeal option and go to the next step the site selects the Moneybookers option everytime as payment method instead. Each of the other payment links seems to work as intended. For me it's only possible to purchase by using the iDeal option so this is a very ANNOYING site malfunction there!.
looking forward to a FIX soon!.

bump, I've been having this problem from the start really annoying, and I haven't been able to purchase any DLC as of yet for Dragon Age Origins or Mass Effect II (which annoys the hell out of me)
