While I'd personally love that, I doubt we'll actually see Hannah. Too many variables on what she'd look like, being Shep's mother and all.

In Fallout 3, your dad's appearance was altered to be consistent with the character you made. For example, if you made a black dude, your father would also be black. He'd also have similar facial features and stuff.
