While we're at it let's cut out any mention of aliens. They're stealing our jobs!

You could just realize that your prejudices are misplaced and get over it. Then you wouldn't have to worry about protesting homosexuality in the games.

^^^ This.

As well as the fact that all romance options are OPTIONAL. You don't have to engage yourself in any of them if you dislike it so much.

Perhaps OP would have preferred a game where Shepard teams up with the Reapers to hunt down homosexuals in between frantic sex sessions with Miranda.

The last half of your idea sounds pretty good actually.

The only way I could see someone being reasonably against the homosexuality in the game is if it were forced on them to play a gay character, even then it would be more of a case of simply not being the game for you. But in this case, it's an option, you can just choose to be what you are, so if you're straight, then be straight, just like in real life. So to sum up... If you don't like gay marriage, don't get gay married! :D

Simple.

You destroy the enemy by LOVING them. Make love to the gays!

Make sure you can upload your game data to EA and then don't play the homosexual romances in ME3. If enough people don't play the s/s romances, BW may rethink their strategy and devote the resources elsewhere in future games. You'll most likely be fighting a losing battle, but it's your dime.

Other than voicing your opinion on forums, that's the only thing you can do. As the romances are an option and you don't have to play them, you probably won't get much sympathy from BW or anyone who isn't like minded. Canceling your preorder may convey that you are not happy w/ BW, but they won't know the reason why.

People on this site disagree about a lot of things, but I've gotta admit, the one thing everyone always unites against are homophobes.

Do you have a REASON why you're against gay/lesbian romances?

Op play the game, pursue the relationships you want for your Shepard and stop being so arrogant believing you should dictate the relationships that other players chooses to pursue.

It's really simple you know.

If you have a problem with same sex relationships in Bioware games, don't start a relationship with someone of the same sex in Bioware games. Simple as that. There's no need to protest something that's not hurting anyone.

I am for same sex relationships in Bioware games! (:

No one is forcing you to play the gay options, protesting something you don't have to use is beyond pointless and is very rude to people who do like that ME3 has gay options.

I agree...they should also find a way to stop gamers from playing their opposite gender & having a LI that is their own gender..because that can be considered the same thing.../sarcasm

Its like real life,if you don't like it don't do it....or maybe the problem is that YOU DO LIKE IT...maximize displeasure indeed...

OP as you may have discovered these forums aren't the best place to get your point or belief's across. If your serious but, its probably all ready too late, contact EA or Bioware. That's the best option. Best of luck if they actually listen to you.
