The armor avilities are the next ones:
One is the damague it holds(with the shield if i m correct?)
Second one is shield
and the 3 one is in spanish: "Endurecimiento"
What is this last avility do?
My brother says is how good it hold the enemy powers(Biotic and Tecnological), could be?

First one is damage threshold. It is a modifier of how much damage you recieve when your shields are down (armor rating), the higher the threshold, the less damage you recieve.
Shields are self explanatory.
The last is "hardening", the higher the number, the more you are protected against biotic or tech effects, say when someone pushes you down with a biotic throw. With a higher hardening ranking, you get up much faster, or with tech attacks, their effects cease much faster (like overheating).
So yes, your brother is correct. It doesn't completely protect from biotics or tech attacks, but it can greatly diminish its effects on you or your squadmates.
