Sadly, I work every weekend but that means I'm off every Tuesday and Wednesday. Midnight release and then playing like crazy for two days.

Hm, probably not. Kinda depends on what's going on at work at the time. I might go home early that Friday though.

I'm going to the midnight launch, missing the 6th, and hopefully i can miss a few more days.

I'll be picking up the game after work that Tuesday and taking Wednesday off. Also, I work at a college, and we're off for spring break the following week so it worked out perfectly.

Day off? Are you kidding. More like a week. If they won't approve the time off, I might catch something extremely contagious.

Wish I could, but my class schedule is packed this semester (17 credits, baybee), and if I fall behind, there's no way in hell I'm catching up. Gamestop doesn't understand college dorm addresses, so I probably won't get it until the weekend, anyway.

Actually, I just realized I'm missing launch. Have to wait till the 10th or 11th to even pick it up. Can't complain though, I'll be somewhere in the Carribean that week.

March;
- Uni Starts back up.
- Holidays in the negative after extra time off over December / January.
Answer:
- Sick Day on Friday.
Cost:
- $50 for a GP appointment to write me a note I feel unwell for work.

Nah. I'm getting it from Amazon (and I'm in Hawaii which means I'm not eligible for release day delivery), so I won't have it on release day anyway. Not sure the exact day it'll arrive. I have some trips I need to save my vacation time for anyways.
I think the worst thing about ME3 is, well, the thing that was rough about ME2. And that was both me and my husband will both want to play at the same time.

I have 17 days vacation time saved up and I intend to use every minute of it.

I put in for a half-day on March 6 under the impression that the GameStop I pre-ordered it from would be opening just as I was getting off from work. However, chances are good they may be doing a midnight launch instead. If that's the case, I'll be taking a full day off on the 6th.

Nada, paying for school is a good reason for not to be.
Also I got the next week off for vacation so that is when I will be playing the most.

In my dreams... Probably gonna take the whole year to make a single playthrough, cause I'll have to play in "really small portions"... Gaming homeopathy! Lol... oh... not lol... not at all...

While I am hoping that I will get this alternative spring break with this museums in DC, I am planning to lose some sleep as it's my Spring Break.
But first need to finish ME2!

I'm thinkin' two days. Nothing too long, but enough to let me beat it / come close to beating it.

I come back from what universities in Canada call spring break - reading week, just before release, and have stuff due shortly after. FUUUUU-!

If I get a new job by then and I work that day then no. If not then I would easily take the day off if I have a class that day.

I wish. Although I do foresee a sudden decrease in study/homework time for the following weeks...

Have already taken the 6th and 7th off. Learned my lession when I picked up Mass Effect 2 at midnight on its release day and figured "eh, I'll just import my character and go to bed." Three hours later, I wind up turning in an all nighter and hating work the rest of the day.
@Anacronian Stryx - I could play at work but then I'd have to get ugly with people. Not good. But I'll give you awsome points anyway.

It looks as though the stars have aligned once again for me; for skyrim, I was free on 11/11/11, and for ME3, I happen to be very free on tues, so I can attend the midnight release.
I played skyrim for 7-8 hours, I only went to sleep because my eyes started to burn.
Mass Effect is a STORY driven game, so I am pretty sure I will play it for longer...assuming my sister doesn't come in and force me to go to sleep.

I have the weekend to play it so no worries, though I'm not sure if I'll stay up for the midnight release it may depend on what time my lecture's are

I technically have the day off from classes. Followed by spring break the next week. But I suspect that day won't be entirely devoted to ME3. Work a few hours before that, and will likely have projects to turn in before the break. But then... IT'S ON!

I haven't taken off time from work for myself in over 2 years. I'm going to consider it!
