Will anyone be taking the day off to play ME3?

So I can take off the 7th-9th guilt free...perhaps even the 6th if the GameStop by me does a midnight release. I had not done that since Super Smash Bros. Brawl...good times....good, cold times.

No. My son will be born this week or next so even if I did, I doubt he'd give me much time to play : )

Heck I'm even off when the demo comes out but that was more an accident in scheduling than anything else

I have not yet decided whether to skip class on the 7th yet. Depends if I can tear myself away.

I'm a Stay at home dad so I don't have a day off .... or I have all days off LOL. I'm just glad right now 2 of my kids are in school and my youngest likes to watch me play.
Oh I'll be starting that indoctrination early on.

Ok, here is how to get gaming time and ensure that your wife thinks you walk on water. Get one of those carriers that holds the baby to your chest. My kids loved being in those things. Often being held close to the chest is comforting, so often babies will either sleep, or just relax. Then tell your wife that she should go get some sleep, you and the baby are just fine. Sit down and enjoy ME3. If all goes well, you should get between 1.5 - 2 hours of game time before needing to pause.
My husband did this, and I'm convinced he's the smartest new dad ever.

Same here, but I'm Mom. My daughter has only seen the Intro to ME1 and the Specter Induction, but she's conviced Commander Shepard is the toughest and bravest woman out there.
As for gameing time, I also express my gratitude for full day schooling. I no longer have to choose between gaming and sleep.

I've got the baby carrier. My wife would see through my deception no doubt but she may be too tired to care. Yes. That may work perfectly. Thanks, Sbri!
