Does Denerim have some kind of sewer or tunnel system underneath the city? Like, officially?

There is a tunnel that goes from the Alienage to a warehouse by the docks. It's mentioned in "Trouble in the Alienage" as the way the elves are being moved from the tenement to the warehouse.
Also, in the "Private Collector" quest from Slim Couldry, the Warden appears to enter Bann Franderel's estate via some sort of tunnel or sewer. The exact method of entry isn't stated in Slim's dialogue - he has 'a route' - and the quest log only mentions that a magical key let you bypass some defenses. But the Warden will appear by a grate or hatch in what looks like a basement when the scene transition from the map completes. Later, when he gives the Tears of Andraste quest, he states that you'll go in through the chimney this time: "We've tried under, so let's give over a go."
Arl Howe's estate's dungeons show various drains, IIRC; that suggests they drain *to* somewhere, but exactly where isn't defined.
The Darkspawn Chronicles DLC contains a map marking indicating a "Sewer Entrance" in Denerim. (Check listed item 7 here.
