[Arctic Sentinel]

 Hi there.

I started playing ME2 and are really loving it so far! Unfortunately I've encountered a small but annoying problem.

When I use the elevator on the Normandy, I can access all floors except the Crew Quarters. When I try to, the screen just stays on "Loading". I've waited as long as 10 minutes, without result. Every time I had to exit the game, and start it again. I've tried coming back after completing missions and tried saving the game again before trying to access the floor, but with no results.

It's quite annoying as the most interresting team members are on that floor, and I'm afraid I'm missing out on some good dialogue with them...

You should re-install the game, it's really about the only thing you can do to try to fix something like that.

I deleted the game data folder (but not the DLC / patches folder). After 30 minutes of installing I finally accessed the crew quarters. Thanks
