Ok, so I have not returned to my account in a good, two years I would say. Originally I had Mass Effect 2 for the Xbox 360, then the ps3, and now I have it for my PC. I bought a Terminus Armor code a while back and used it on my account, I was about to come on here to download it onto my pc and I came back and everything has been changed, my Mass Effect that was registered is no longer registered, and nether is my Terminus Armor, hell I even have the old email from when I registered my first Mass Effect 2, so can anyone help me fix this?
I have lost my Terminus Armor, PLEASE HELP! Account issue, not ingame issue.

Noone here can do anything, as it is user to user support only.
You will have to contact EA support, they are the only ones who can do anything about account issues.

Well can you help me figure out who to contact? I have tried EA Support and every time that god damn Automated system just tells me to go to the EA help page and hangs up on me, the help page has nothing on there ether.
